Apple Crumble (Refined Sugar Free)

A comforting, whole-food sweet treat, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

Filling:

  • 4 apples, sliced

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Crumble:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup almond meal

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or ghee (melted)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Toss apples with cinnamon + maple, place in dish.

  3. Mix crumble ingredients and sprinkle on top.

  4. Bake 25–30 mins until golden.
