Apple Crumble (Refined Sugar Free)
A comforting, whole-food sweet treat, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
Filling:
4 apples, sliced
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
Crumble:
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup almond meal
2 tbsp coconut oil or ghee (melted)
1 tbsp maple syrup
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Toss apples with cinnamon + maple, place in dish.
Mix crumble ingredients and sprinkle on top.
Bake 25–30 mins until golden.
