Hi, I’m elle.

I’m a movement facilitator, qualified Yoga & Pilates teacher, nutritionist, holistic wellness guide, and mum based in Tasmania, Australia.

I work with individuals seeking a more grounded, intuitive approach to movement and wellbeing — one that supports both the body and the nervous system. My work is for anyone wanting to feel stronger, calmer, and more connected, without rigid rules or pressure to perform.

Through yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and holistic nutrition, I offer practices that are adaptable, inclusive, and supportive through all seasons of life.

Alongside my inclusive offerings, I also specialise in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood — holding space during times of deep physical, emotional, and identity change.

This work is about learning to listen to your body, build trust within yourself, and create wellbeing that feels sustainable and nourishing.

My Approach

My approach is grounded, holistic, and deeply supportive.

Wellbeing isn’t just about movement — it’s about how you breathe, how you nourish yourself, how you rest, and how safe you feel in your body.

I draw from yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and holistic nutrition to support strength, mobility, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing. Each session is guided with care, awareness, and respect for individual needs.

There’s no one-size-fits-all here.

Your body, your energy, and your life experience always lead the way.

Ground it

Movement should feel supportive, not overwhelming.

I guide practices that focus on building functional strength, mobility, and body awareness while honouring the breath and nervous system. Rest is welcomed. Modifications are encouraged. Choice is always available.

You don’t need to arrive calm, flexible, or “fit enough.”

You just need to arrive as you are.

Grow with it

Your needs will change — and your practice is allowed to change too.

The tools shared here are designed to grow with you, offering support through different life stages, challenges, and transitions.

The intention isn’t perfection or constant progress.

It’s creating a sense of steadiness, resilience, and ease that carries into everyday life.
