I am a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor and Yoga Teacher.
In my Pilates and Power Yoga classes you can expect challenging, slow burns that leave you feeling strong, empowered and proud of your body. In my Gentle Yoga classes you can expect a slow, mindful approach to movement which promotes relaxation and listening to what your body needs in that given moment.
I am deeply passionate about the overall health benefits of both Yoga and Pilates and how we can incorporate movement into our lives to help alleviate anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns.
My goal as a teacher is to help you create a stronger connection to your mind, body and spirit and to help you create a healthy relationship with exercise that leaves you feeling strong and empowered.
Along with my qualifications in Yoga and Pilates, I am also a certified nutrition consultant, specialising in pregnancy, postpartum and baby nutrition.
I focus on a whole foods approach to nutrition and try to educate my clients on the importance of eating right for your body type. I don’t promote any particular diet or restrictive eating habits and I recommend a balanced approach to nutrition.
Further more, I am a certified reiki practitioner and energy worker.

1:1 Nutrition Consultations
By working one on one with me, your nutrition consultation is tailored to your unique health goals and dietary needs. We will look at all aspects of your life regarding your health and how we can make small adjustments to better improve your overall wellbeing.
We will take a deep dive into your daily food intake, what nutrients are lacking and/or what ones you need more of in your diet, how we can lower your toxic load, what supplements to avoid and which ones to take for your unique constitution, ways we can lower stressors from external factors, and more.
Food sensitivities, eczema, starting solids (babies), breastfeeding and postpartum depletion are also covered in great detail if you present with these conditions.
