Elle has completed several courses in Pilates, enabling her to provide the highest quality programming and modifications necessary to meet her clients unique needs.
Elle has always had a passion for movement and sport, however she didn’t find Pilates until after she had given birth to her daughter to help alleviate her chronic back and sciatic pain. Since then she has fallen in love with the practice and promotes its incredible rehabilitation qualities to everyone she meets.
In Elle’s Pilates classes you can expect slow burns, with an element of play and fun. After each class she hopes you feel a stronger connection to your mind, body and soul, and leave feeling empowered and uplifted (and a little bit exhausted!).
Elle’s yoga classes range in difficulty but you can generally expect to feel a sense of calmness, quieting of the mind and again a deep connection to your body. Slow and gentle flows or faster paced power classes are what you will typically see in your yoga classes. Each class will be given modifications to make the poses easier or harder as needed.
Elle’s passion for nutrition began at a young age and her interest in creating healthy nourishing meals and snacks sparked creativity in the kitchen. She promotes a balanced approach to nutrition and doesn’t believe in restrictive dieting or eliminating favourite foods. Elle is a Certified Nutrition Consultant, who specialises in pregnancy, postpartum and baby nutrition.
