Grounded Strength Sessions are personalised 1:1 and small-group sessions blending Pilates, yoga and strength training, designed to build sustainable strength, mobility and confidence — both physically and mentally.

Each session is intentionally tailored to your body, your season and your goals, with support that extends beyond the mat.

Private 1:1 Reformer Classes

Home Studio, Carlton, Tasmania

Set within my peaceful home studio in Carlton, Tasmania, these private reformer sessions offer a fully personalised approach to movement and wellbeing. Each 50-minute session is tailored to your individual body, goals, and season of life — whether you’re new to Pilates, returning after a break, pregnant, postpartum, or simply seeking a more intentional and supportive way to move.

With a strong focus on women’s health, core strength, mobility, posture, and nervous system regulation, these sessions move at your pace in a calm, nurturing environment. Babies are warmly welcome, and sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, including complete beginners.

This is a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build strength with confidence and care.

1:1 holistic coaching

1:1 sessions offer a deeply supportive space to work with movement, breath, and holistic care — guided by your individual needs, goals, and life circumstances.

Mums & Bubs classes

These classes are a nurturing space for mothers to reconnect with their bodies after birth, while being supported to bring their baby along just as they are. Sessions focus on gentle Pilates and yoga inspired movement to rebuild strength, restore mobility, and support core and pelvic floor connection in a safe, informed way.

Classes also incorporate breathwork for nervous system regulation, space to move at your own pace, and moments of rest and connection — with yourself, your baby, and other mothers. Babies are welcome to feed, sleep, move, and play throughout the session.

This is not about “getting your body back,” but about feeling supported, strong, and grounded as you move through postpartum life.

I’m Elle, and I believe wellbeing is not something to achieve — it’s something to return to.

My work is grounded in the understanding that the body holds wisdom, and that movement, breath, and nourishment are powerful tools for connection, regulation, and resilience when approached with care and intention.

As a qualified yoga and Pilates instructor, nutritionist, and breathwork facilitator, I take an integrated, holistic approach to wellbeing. I don’t believe in rigid rules, one-size-fits-all programs, or pushing the body beyond what feels supportive. Instead, I guide practices that honour the nervous system, adapt to individual needs, and evolve alongside the seasons of life.

Much of my work is informed by lived experience — including motherhood — and a deep respect for the physical and emotional transitions people move through. This has shaped my particular passion for supporting pregnancy, postpartum, and periods of change, while continuing to hold inclusive space for people of all genders and backgrounds.

Whether we’re working together through 1:1 sessions, workshops, or group offerings, my intention is always the same:

to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and deeply supportive — where you can slow down, reconnect, and build a sustainable relationship with your body.
